        Cranberry (cranberry) is a genus of rhododendrons in the family cranberry, native to the north American alpine wetlands, is a small and round, elastic skin of the bright red fruit, also known as the cranberry.Cranberry requires special environment and climatic conditions to cultivate, the global cranberry production area less than 40,000 acres, limited production, and because of its various health functions, so it has the reputation of "north American ruby".

     Cranberry juice can effectively inhibit helicobacter pylori, resist bacterial gastric ulcer, and has a strong antioxidant effect, can reduce low density cholesterol and triglyceride, especially suitable for women to eat.  Drinking at least 350 milliliters of cranberry juice or cranberry supplements a day can help prevent urinary tract infections and cystitis.  Cranberry is a kind of red berry mainly produced in North America and other places, rich in antioxidant polyphenols.  Previous studies have shown that eating cranberries in moderation can boost the immune system and prevent urinary tract infections.
