        Marigold is native to Mexico and is cultivated throughout China; Marigold is rich in lutein and is widely used in seasoning, tobacco, pastries, candies, and various feed processing. It has been widely used as a colorant; Marigold is an effective insecticide. The flowers and leaves of marigold can be used as medicine, with the effects of clearing heat and fire, resolving phlegm, nourishing blood, unblocking meridians, and removing blood stasis to generate new energy.

     Marigold contains lutein, and medical experiments have shown that natural lutein in plants is an excellent antioxidant. Adding a certain amount of lutein to food can prevent cell aging and organ aging, as well as prevent vision loss and blindness caused by age-related macular degeneration. 1. Lutein can inhibit the proliferation and differentiation of preadipocytes, playing a lipid-lowering role.
