       Garcinia cambogia extract is a fruit peel extract from the plant Tenghuang fruit. Its active ingredient is HCA (Hydroxy Citric acid), mainly used as a weight loss ingredient. The weight loss principle is that HCA can inhibit fat synthesis. Garcinia cambogia also contains 10-30% citric acid like substances. Mainly used in the field of weight loss supplements. Tenghuang fruit is native to India and Thailand, and its fruit is similar to citrus, also known as tamarind. Garcinia cambogia has been used as one of the Spice ingredients of Curry powder since ancient times. India calls this fruit tree Brindleberry and its scientific name is Garcinia Cambogia.
