Product Description

    

     Wild yam is a perennial twining herbaceous vine, with a flowering period from June to August and a fruiting period from August to October. Born at the edge of mountain forests, under shrubbery, and in ditches. Mainly produced in Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, and Shaanxi. Warm in nature, sweet and bitter in taste. It can soothe tendons and promote blood circulation, relieve cough and phlegm, dispel wind and relieve pain. Used for lower back and leg pain, rheumatic pain, rheumatic joint pain, numbness of muscles and bones, Kashin-Beck disease, falls and injuries, flashback, cough and wheezing, tracheitis, and bronchitis. Pharmacological studies have shown that it has effects such as relieving cough and asthma.
