     Spirulina is very rich in nutrients, including a wide range of minerals (calcium, potassium, magnesium, iodine, selenium, chromium, iron, zinc and manganese), vitamins (vitamins A, K, E, and B-complex), essential fatty acids (including gamma linoleic acid, which is a very good anti-inflammatory substance), chlorophyll, β-carotene, lutein, polyphenol antioxidant and phycocyanin and phycobilirubin (strong antioxidants).

    Spirulina is particularly high in protein, up to 70%, and is the richest resource food containing natural proteins, which contain all the essential amino acids needed by the human body and are whole proteins, while 20% of these proteins are phycocyanin and phycobiliprotein, which are strong antioxidants.
